At Mat Zero Heat Limited ("Mat Zero", "we", "us", "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains your rights if you decide to return a product purchased from our website.
Mat Zero Delivery Policy
We currently deliver across the UK only. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery costs will apply and are clearly displayed at checkout. We aim to get your products to you as soon as they’re available. For pre-orders, estimated delivery times will be shown on the product page.
Pre-Order Delivery
The delivery dates shown are estimates only and might change – we’ll keep you informed if there are delays. If we can’t deliver within 90 days of the estimated date, you’ll be entitled to a full refund.
Mat Zero Returns Policy
1. Your Right to Change Your Mind (Cancellations & Returns).
If you purchase a product online, you have a legal right to change your mind and receive a refund. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to inform us that you wish to return your item. Once you notify us, you must return the product within 14 days.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless we offered free returns at the time of purchase.
Exceptions to Your Right to Cancel
You cannot change your mind if:
- The product is personalised or made to your specific requirements.
- The item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition
2. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Prepare the Product for Return
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging and unused.If a pre-paid return label was provided, attach it to the package.
- If no pre-paid label was provided, use a reliable postal service and keep proof of postage.
- Return the Product Within 14 Days
- Products must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a tracked service.
3. Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Delivery costs will only be refunded if you received a faulty or incorrect item.
4. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a full refund, products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Free from damage (unless faulty on arrival)
- If the product is damaged, used, or missing parts, we may deduct some of the refund or reject the return entirely, depending on the condition.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Faulty goods must be reported within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund.
